Hey there! I'm so glad you're here! Just a few things I'd like you to know before you purchase from me. Please know and understand that I am a one woman show and in order for things to run smoothly I have policies, which are outlined below, that I stick to. You are accepting the terms and conditions of my policies by using the Zaffera Studios website.

*Returns*
I am happy to accept returns for a full refund WITHIN 10 days from delivery. If it is AFTER 10 days, I will only accept returns for store credit. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If the item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss of value. *Repairs & Care*
Please treat your jewelry kindly. I recommend removing it before showering and swimming, or when applying lotion, perfume, etc. The materials used are natural stones, 14k gold-filled, 14k rose gold-filled and Sterling Silver. The best way to clean jewelry is with a polishing cloth, like the one that comes complimentary in each order. You can also use a drop of clear, unscented dish soap in warm water and a soft toothbrush, just be mindful of any stones while scrubbing.
If your item needs repairs, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, I will happily repair it with no additional cost within 45 days of purchase. After 45 days there will be a fee based on materials and extent of repair.
